Hit2BFit® is our exclusive punching and kicking HIIT workout. This high-intensity kickboxing program is a striking multidiscipline based program incorporating skills from Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, and Traditional Karate. This is not “cardio kickboxing.” Hit2BFit is a total body workout that includes heavy bag and pad work combined with everything from medicine balls to plyometric exercises and Speed and Agility drills.


KANGOO DANCE is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques for enhanced enjoyment while preventing injury due to biomechanical stress. It offers more benefits than any other popular group fitness program because Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes act as a shock absorber to reduce impact when compared with traditional aerobic activities performed in conventional shoes. The rebound shoes generate a trampoline-like feeling of weightlessness that not only increases the Fun-Effect but more importantly decreases joint stress.


KANGOO BOOT CAMP is a military-style, activity-based training program. Classes can be held inside or out and can accommodate all fitness levels. Intervals of running and/or drill style aerobic activity interspersed with conditioning exercises make up the base of this workout. This format improves muscle strength and endurance as it improves cardio-respiratory fitness. It can be a valuable cross-training tool that improves fitness level as it reduces the rate of injury and improves exercise adherence by reducing boredom.


KANGOO DISCOVERY PROGRAM has been developed specifically for young people, of all ages above 6 years. Classes are designed to build coordination, endurance, good body posture, and self-image. They help to target and prevent childhood obesity and aid in combating the stresses that children of today face. With Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes, children turn negative energy into positive, in a fun and enjoyable workout that will challenge both body and brain in the most interactive, innovative ways.


BOOT CAMP is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, They are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.


TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands, for a total body workout.


BALLET BARRE FITNESS is a fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and flexibility training. Then it is down to the mat with a fit ball for core work and a relaxing and invigorating final stretch.

ZUMBA is a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience! It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targetting your legs, abs, glutes, and arms. The workout is basically watched and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated.


PIYO LIVE  combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.


AERIAL YOGA  involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout.


YOGA FLOW - A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a yoga flow class, students will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.


TRX RIPPED - Total body workout using the TRX RIP TRAINER. Symmetrical and asymmetrical workouts using rotational movement to maximize your core strength.


CARDIO KICKBOXING -  This is a high-intensity cardio workout formatted to music. Kicking, Punching Calisthenics and light weights combine to make this a calorie burner. 


TRX Tabata - A H.I.I.T  (High-intensity Interval Training class) that uses your body weight along with the TRX Suspension Trainer in combination with the tradition Tabata 20 sec work 10-sec rest formula to bring you to muscle fatigue.


TRX Fusion - A combination of TRX RIPPED, TRX Tabata and Traditional Floor exercises to give your body total muscle confusion and a truly complete workout.


GROUP INDOOR CYCLING  Indoor cycling classes are done in our fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.  We also offer the exclusive MyRide Plus Virtual Cycling Experience.

STRONG by ZUMBA - is a High-Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own bodyweight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.


CORE DE FORCE LIVE - Experience the ultimate mixed-martial arts style body shaping class. Constant core rotational movement helps you blast away the fat, carve your core, and feel like a total badass. With 3-minute rounds, just like a real boxing match, you’ll spike your heart rate for the ultimate calorie burn.


SIT & FIT - A low-intensity strength and balance improving workout using dumbbells, resistance bands and a chair for added stability.


JUST DANCE! - an aerobic fitness program featuring VARIOUS Dance Genres. Latin, Hip Hop, Country, Caribbean, Pop, Top 40 Rhythms and more. 


Silver and Strong- a Low Impact fitness program designed to increase muscular endurance using lightweight barbells, dumbbells, plates, and resistance tubing. Perfect for seniors and those who are new to fitness.
